The services we provide, and the rooms in which they are offered, are designed to provide effective modern methods, in comfortable private spaces, to enhance your physical recovery and/or maintenance, relaxation, and self-care goals. Our rooms offer carefully selected tools, modern technology, and thought-out amenities to ensure comfortable and effective sessions during your wellness routine. Whether you want to enhance your athletic performance and muscle recovery with less downtime, want the benefits of heat, cold, or light therapy, are seeking the benefits of IV therapy, want relaxation and balance through float therapy, or are looking for a facial or aesthetic self-care session, we are the space.

Memberships
For those who just can't get enough, we offer membership options to help you integrate all Newport Body Works has to offer into your everyday life.
Soul Membership
The Soul Membership consists of Three (3) 60-minute sessions a month. For your three (3) sessions, you may select from the following services:
Float Therapy,
Cold Plunge/Sauna
Red Light
Compression Sleeve Therapy, or
Cryotherapy (Two (2) sessions of cryotherapy are applied as “one session” towards the package total).
IV Hydration Therapy is not included in this package.
The Mind Membership consists of Thirteen (13) 60-minute sessions a month. For your sessions, you may select from the following:
Sauna/Cold plunge (up to 60 minutes, per session),
Float Therapy (up to 60 minutes, per session),
Red Light and Compression Sleeve Therapy (up to 60 minutes, per session),
Cryotherapy (Two (2) sessions of cryotherapy are applied as “one session” towards the package total), or IV Hydration Therapy (Some IV restrictions apply, not all I.V. offerings included).
